Abstract

This paper proposes that a new form of enterprises’ organization has emerged throughout the last two decades, namely Communication Transversal Corporations or CTC. Three big companies may be qualified as CTC, which are Time Warner, News Corporation and Bertelsmann. The expansion in terms of geography and productivity are two main causes of the emergence of this new competitor, which is a result of the evolution of transnational corporations.
