Relecturas de la tradición semio-discursiva para el estudio de la comunicación digital

Este artículo propone una relectura de la tradición semio-discursiva para el estudio de la comunicación digital contemporánea. Su objetivo es identificar continuidades, desplazamientos y actualizaciones de enfoques semióticos, discursivos y lingüísticos frente a objetos como plataformas, redes sociodigitales, multimodalidad, afectos públicos e inteligencia artificial generativa. Metodológicamente, se desarrolla una revisión teórico-conceptual, narrativa y argumentativa de literatura especializada, seleccionada por su relevancia histórica, pertinencia comunicacional, capacidad de actualización ante fenómenos digitales y utilidad heurística para futuras investigaciones empíricas. La revisión se organiza en tres bloques: enfoques crítico-semióticos, perspectivas lingüístico-interaccionales y zonas de actualización vinculadas con afectos, semiosfera e inteligencia artificial generativa. Como resultado, se muestra que estas tradiciones no han sido canceladas por los medios digitales; más bien, requieren reformular categorías como mensaje, discurso, sentido, código, mediación, autoría, género, ideología y circulación. Se concluye que la comunicación digital puede entenderse como una ecología semio-discursiva, técnica, afectiva, multimodal y algorítmica, donde el sentido se produce, jerarquiza, disputa, intensifica y automatiza.
